The Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP) improves highway safety by developing programs for probationers that focus on behavioral modification.

The Online 8-Hour VASAP course provides a convenient, fully online course for drivers who are mandated as a court-ordered condition of a conviction for a DUI/DWI or similar offense. The online driver improvement course and final test must be completed through a DMV-licensed online driver improvement clinic. No paper test permitted.

The Reckless/Aggressive Driver Education Program (RADEP) is a 12-hour advanced defensive driving course designed for individuals cited for reckless or aggressive driving offenses.

The NEW Online 12‑Hour RADEP Course provides a convenient, fully online option for drivers who must complete a court‑ordered reckless or aggressive driver education program. To meet the full 12‑hour court requirement, drivers must complete two separate online courses:
- 8‑Hour Driver Improvement ABC Course
- 4‑Hour Defensive Driving Course
